How it works

Upload, transcript, review, and report in one pipeline. Every claim links to a transcript timestamp so you can always see where it came from.

1. Open a case file and choose the theory

You open a file for each client and choose its theoretical frame: one of the individual, couple or family approaches. Session reports are written in that theory's concepts. Client files are unlimited on every package. Supported theories

2. Add the session

There are three ways to add a session: upload an audio or video recording, upload an existing transcript document, or fill in the guided free-text form. Individual, couple and family sessions are supported; for couple and family sessions you state who took part.

3. Transcript, speaker separation and redaction

The recording is turned into text and speakers are separated; therapist and client roles are assigned. On the audio path the transcript goes through automatic redaction before analysis: names and details such as phone numbers, email addresses, ID numbers and addresses are masked.

Automatic redaction may not catch every detail. Document and free-text input is not redacted; removing identifying details before uploading these is the therapist's responsibility.

4. Review and approve the transcript

Before analysis you read the transcript: you check the speaker roles, correct the text if needed and approve it. The raw audio is deleted after review approval. The free-text form has no separate approval step, since you wrote the answers yourself.

5. A theory-framed report

The approved transcript is read through the chosen theory, and the report is organised under the same five headings for every theory:

  1. Session Overview Summary
  2. Developmental Assessment
  3. Session Evaluation
  4. Theory-Based Evaluation of Therapist Interventions
  5. Recommended Therapy Plan

In evidence-based sections, statements are tied to time-stamped lines in the transcript; summary sections may be written in narrative form. See the sample report

After the report

  • Download or share the report as a PDF, and add your own notes to it.
  • Jump from a quote in the report to the matching line in the transcript.
  • Get a development analysis across sessions in the same file (Professional membership) and a case assessment (paid memberships).
  • The app is available in eight languages; the report and all model output are produced in your interface language.

What it does not do

  • It does not diagnose, recommend medication or give legal opinions.
  • It does not produce emergency assessments or safety plans; risk statements appear in the report only if they are explicit in the transcript.
  • It does not replace a supervisor or your clinical judgment.
