What is PsychSupervisor AI?

A session transcript and supervision report tool for mental health professionals. It turns a session recording into a transcript and, after you approve it, prepares a report structured by the theory you chose. It is a decision support tool and does not diagnose.

Who is it for?

Mental health professionals working in individual, couple and family therapy. Accounts open with a phone number and an SMS code; a professional licence can optionally be uploaded and reviewed by an administrator.

Does it diagnose?

No. The report does not diagnose, recommend medication or give emergency instructions. Clinical decisions and responsibility remain with the therapist.

Is the audio recording stored?

The raw audio is deleted after the transcript review is approved. The transcript and report stay in your account; you can delete the session or your account. Account and data deletion

How is the client's identity protected?

On the audio path the transcript goes through automatic redaction before analysis, though it may not catch every detail. Document and free-text input is not redacted. The admin panel cannot see client transcripts or report content. Details: Privacy policy

Can it be used for couple and family sessions?

Yes. Couple and family theories are separate. In couple sessions each partner is tracked separately under a pseudonym; family sessions support 3 to 6 participants.

Which languages does it work in?

The app is available in eight languages: Turkish, English, German, Azerbaijani, Dutch, French, Spanish and Italian. The report and all model output are produced in your interface language.

How much does it cost?
