Founder

Erdem Akgün — Specialist Clinical Psychologist, psychotherapist. Founding director of the Holistik Psikoterapi ve Aile Danışma Merkezi (holistic psychotherapy and family counselling centre) in Kyrenia (Girne). Education: a bachelor's degree in Psychological Counselling and Guidance at Eastern Mediterranean University, a master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Istanbul Esenyurt University, and an ongoing doctoral programme in Behavioural Sciences. Training in integrative psychotherapy, relational psychotherapy, the Masterson approach, emotion-focused individual and couple therapy, family counselling, hypnosis and Ego State therapy. Principles

• Clinician control: for audio and document input, the transcript is not analysed until you approve it.
• Transparency: findings in the report are tied to time-stamped lines in the transcript.
• A narrow data surface: raw audio is deleted after review approval; the admin panel cannot see client transcripts or report content.
• Decision support, not diagnosis: final clinical judgment and responsibility remain with the therapist.
