Security and privacy
PsychSupervisor AI is built to keep clinical data on a narrow surface and preserve therapist control.
Phone and SMS sign-in
No password is stored. Accounts open and sign in with a phone number and a one-time SMS code. Only one device may stay signed in at a time.
Raw audio deletion
Session audio is deleted after the transcript review is approved. Raw audio is not kept long-term; the goal is the transcript and approved clinical output.
Client data isolation
The admin panel does not see client transcripts or report content. Admins manage accounts, membership, and product configuration only.
Identity protection responsibility
Masking client identity before upload is the therapist’s responsibility. The app is clinical decision support; the first privacy step stays with you.
Profession verification
Mental-health credentials can be uploaded and reviewed by an admin. Verification status is tied to the account to reduce impersonation risk.
Encrypted transport and access rules
Traffic uses HTTPS. Firestore and Storage rules limit who can read or write each document; server endpoints are protected with App Check and rate limits.
Decision support, not diagnosis
Reports support your clinical judgment; they do not diagnose. Final clinical responsibility remains with the therapist.
Legal documents
How data is processed is described in detail in the privacy policy and the GDPR notice.
